The house offers a magnificent view of the hilly hinterland of the Algarve and is surrounded by olive-, almond-, carob trees in a secluded area. From here it is only a 10 minutes drive to the spacious sand beach of Armação de Pêra.

The completely equipped, individually furnished summer residence has an area of about 100 square meters and offers enough space for 2 - 6 persons. It consists of a spacious living- and dining-room with an integrated kitchen. The large fireplace sees to a cozy atmosphere even on colder days.

Two bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one bedroom with washing facilities and toilet assure privacy even when occupied with friends.

In our about 5000 square meters large Mediterranean garden we have constructed a playground for kids, a swimming pool (17 x 33 feet) and a sauna for 2-4 persons that allow our guests to have fun and relax. The pool house features a soccer table. 

We adjust our prices as commonly practiced, to peak-season and off-season:

The prices include all ancillary expanses, plus weekly cleaning, sheets and towels (except beach towels). The use of the sauna is only € 8,-- per person and 2 hours.

In the winter months from the middle of November to the middle of March the rent is €450,--/month net of ancillary expenses.

If you should decide to spend your holidays at the Algarve, we will gladly provide you with additional information at any time. We are familiar with the country and its inhabitants, we can speak Portuguese and can give you tips concerning restaurants, round-trips and sports facilities.
